We will come to your office / home and:
1) Register your domain name eg. mycompany.com, mysite.org
2) Design 6 basic Webpages for your company / NGO / Personal Site
(This includes the main page and 5 more pages with information about your company. Eg. About Us, Profile, Products, Activities, Contact Us, etc.)
3) If photos are required to be inserted in the website, we will take photos from a digital camera and incorporate it into the website.
4) We will create 1000 MB webspace for your website, upload the web pages and have your site running on the internet at the end of the project.
ALL THIS WILL BE COMPLETED IN 3 HOURS!!!
The total cost of this package is Rs. 8,000/-
Any change that is required after the website has been uploaded will cost Rs. 1000/- per hour and will be done at your Office / Home.
There is no other hidden fee. There will be an annual fee of Rs. 6,000/- for the webspace from the next year onwards.
You will have to provide us with the following information when we come to your office / home to do the website:
• A finalized name for your website
• Logos (If any)
• Information about the categories of the web pages (eg. Profile, Products, etc) and the actual information (finalized and typed on MS-Word) that should go on each page.
Please note the following:
• The website will have animation only for the menus. There will not be any other animation, flash banners or dynamic content.
• There will be no forms, login scripts, etc.
• Online payments cannot be done from the websites we create.
• The website will be an information only website. Eg. To promote your company and have an online presence.
If your requirement is for a website that you can edit and do instant changes, our regular package will apply. This type of website will cost you Rs. 25,000/- and will take approximately 1 month to develop.
Please note that we will visit only Colombo and its immediate suburbs for the web designing project.
